My name is Ken E. Battle, one of the most progressive Mortgage Professionals in the State of Alabama. I was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio where I attended Cincinnati Metropolitan College in Business Administration-Accounting. While I was there, I took a marketing class on real estate and fell in love with the real estate business. I later moved to Alabama and got my real estate license. As I worked in real estate I developed a passion for working on the buyer side of the real estate transaction. It was so satisfying and I felt that my job was to get my clients the best deal possible with the least amount of money out of their pocket.
It was after working with several clients who had credit issues and very little knowledge on what to do that I began researching credit counseling and started looking for more lenient financing options than most traditional lenders were offering. That led me to getting my license as a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2014 and I have been helping buyers with their mortgage needs ever since.
